The seller identified in the Legal Notice is the data controller for website inquiries and order administration. Use the privacy contact below to exercise your rights.

Data and purposes

Stripe collects payment details and makes the payment email, transaction references, payment status and relevant billing information available to the seller. These are used to perform the sale and manually send the license (contract), and to meet applicable accounting duties (legal obligation). Support emails are used to answer your request (pre-contractual steps, contract or legitimate interest in responding, as applicable).

Technical data and minimization

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and error logs to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest). Language is selected through the URL; this site does not store a language cookie. There is no account database, contact form, tracking analytics or automated profiling. The website does not collect OpenAI API keys, license keys, passwords or full card details. Checkout consent and the applicable policy version are recorded in Stripe order metadata.

Recipients and transfers

Data needed for payment is handled by Stripe; hosting and email providers process data necessary to operate their respective services. Stripe may act as an independent controller for certain activities. Provider processing may take place outside the EEA, subject to applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Provider details and policies are linked below; the seller must document the actual contractual safeguards used.

Retention

Records subject to accounting or tax retention obligations are kept for 10 years from the last relevant accounting entry, or longer where required for pending tax assessments or disputes. Minimum purchase and license records (purchase email, transaction reference and license delivery or activation status) are retained for as long as necessary to administer the license, which has no automatic expiry; their continued necessity is reviewed at least annually. If the license relationship ends and no legal retention obligation or dispute requires them, these records are deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Ordinary support correspondence is deleted within 12 months after the request is closed; any parts needed as accounting records or to administer the license follow the periods stated above. Website application logs available through Render are retained for up to 30 days, depending on the hosting plan. Relevant records may be retained until a pending dispute or legal obligation is resolved. These periods concern data managed by the seller; Stripe, Google and the hosting provider may retain other data under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Mandatory transaction data is needed to fulfill an order; without the payment email we cannot deliver the license. No automated decision producing legal effects is made by this website.

Desktop application

Microphone, note and AI data handling must be checked in the app’s own privacy information. This website does not receive your notes or record your microphone.
