End User License Agreement
This agreement governs use of the Invisible Notes AI software. You retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

License grant
After a valid purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software for lawful purposes. The purchased license has no automatic expiry. Each license permits use on one device. A separate license is required for each additional device. The license cannot be transferred to another device. Use on a different device requires a separate license.
Permitted and unauthorized use
Use the app in compliance with applicable laws, privacy obligations and the rules of your workplace or meeting. Do not share license keys, sell licenses without authorization, or bypass licensing controls. Restrictions do not limit activities expressly permitted by mandatory law, including applicable interoperability rights.
Installer and intellectual property
You may share the unmodified installer. Sharing the installer does not grant a software license, and license keys must not be distributed. Ownership of the software, branding and original materials remains with the respective rights holders; this agreement grants use, not ownership.
Third parties and updates
Invisible Notes AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. OpenAI, ChatGPT and the OpenAI API are third-party services. The €2 license does not include OpenAI API credit, ChatGPT Plus, ChatGPT Pro or free API usage. One payment. No automatic expiry. Future updates, ongoing support and future compatibility are not promised indefinitely. This does not exclude updates or remedies required by applicable conformity law. Review third-party terms before using their services.
Termination and liability
The seller may terminate this license for a material breach, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where required by law. Statutory consumer rights and remedies are preserved. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. No universal screen-sharing or future compatibility guarantee is made.
