Refunds & withdrawal
You can contact support about withdrawal, a missing license or software that does not conform to the contract. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule.

Withdrawal
Where EU/EEA consumer distance-selling rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. More favorable mandatory local rights remain unaffected. The free public installer download alone is not treated by this site as a waiver of withdrawal from a license purchase.
Digital supply consent
This checkout does not collect a waiver for early digital supply. The seller does not rely on a digital-content withdrawal exception based solely on payment, download or manual license delivery. Applicable withdrawal rights are preserved.
How to make a request
Email the support or legal address below before the applicable deadline. Provide your name, payment email, order date and receipt reference, and clearly state that you withdraw or describe the issue. Do not send card details or keys. We acknowledge and assess your request; valid withdrawals are reimbursed within the applicable legal deadline, generally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost.

Non-conforming software
If the software is faulty or does not match the contract, you may have mandatory rights to bring it into conformity, a price reduction or contract termination and reimbursement under the conditions of applicable law. These rights are independent of an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal and are not removed by a digital supply consent.
