Terms of Sale
These terms govern the purchase of a digital license for Invisible Notes AI from the seller identified in the Legal Notice.

What you purchase
You purchase a software license for €2 in EUR, as a single payment with no subscription. The download is public and free; using the app requires a valid license. The displayed checkout total is €2. The seller’s applicable tax treatment must be confirmed before sales open; no unconfigured VAT status is asserted here.
Payment and manual delivery
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Check the email you provide: it is the delivery address for the license. After successful payment, the seller verifies the transaction, generates the key using the existing app licensing system and sends it manually by email. There is no instant delivery promise. The license is sent manually to the email address provided at checkout within 10 minutes after successful payment.
License scope and duration
One payment. No automatic expiry. Future updates, ongoing support and future compatibility are not promised indefinitely. Device policy: Each license permits use on one device. A separate license is required for each additional device. Transfers: The license cannot be transferred to another device. Use on a different device requires a separate license.
Technical requirements
Windows 11 · x64. Screen-sharing behavior depends on your Windows version, sharing software, capture method and future third-party updates. Test your setup before relying on it. Microphone features require a working microphone and relevant Windows permissions. Payment, download and optional OpenAI features need internet access.
Third-party services
The €2 license does not include OpenAI API credit, ChatGPT Plus, ChatGPT Pro or free API usage. Invisible Notes AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. OpenAI, ChatGPT and the OpenAI API are third-party services.
Withdrawal and non-conformity
The Refunds & withdrawal policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity and consumer rights remain applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts access to courts or remedies available under mandatory consumer law.
Order confirmation and assistance
Keep your payment receipt and the license delivery email. The seller provides order details, applicable terms and any digital supply consent confirmation on a durable medium with manual fulfillment. Contact support if your license has not arrived within the published delivery time. Changes to these terms do not retroactively reduce rights attached to completed purchases.
